Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your RSRVD Pickleball gear. If something isnโ€™t right, weโ€™ve made our return process simple and straightforward.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of new, unused, unworn, and unwashed items returned in their original condition, with tags attached (if applicable) and original packaging included.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Return Window

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in original condition and include any original accessories, inserts, or packaging that came with the order.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email hello@rsrvdpickleball.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, weโ€™ll provide next-step instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos if available. Weโ€™ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
