Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your RSRVD gear. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns for new, unused, unworn and unwashed items in original condition, with tags (if applicable) attached & original packaging included. Final sale items cannot be returned.
2. Return Time frame
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Item Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To get a different size or style, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
