Ordering & Payment

Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need help, email us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

A payment may be declined for a few reasons, including incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or bank security settings. Try another payment method or contact your bank for more information.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. After processing, standard transit time within the United States is usually 3 to 7 business days. Estimated total delivery time is generally 6 to 12 business days.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow your package in transit.

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Return & Refund

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached if applicable and original packaging included. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos if available. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
