Most RSRVD items are made to order, just for you. This helps us reduce waste and stay intentional with our designs and production—but it also means we don’t hold inventory and typically can’t process traditional returns.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us.
If something isn’t right or you’re genuinely unhappy, send us a message. We’re a small, family-owned brand that cares deeply about each customer—we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there's a print or sizing issue, please reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or style changes
Wrong size ordered (please double-check our sizing guides before purchasing)

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Since many of our products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Orders: If we sent the wrong item, size, or color, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the product.
In both cases, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if needed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items ordered in the wrong size or color if the order matches your selection.
Any item not reported as damaged or defective within the 14-day window.
Items showing signs of wear or use.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:
Email us at hello@rsrvdpickleball.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Attach photos that clearly show the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
Once we review your request, we will confirm whether a return, replacement, or refund is appropriate. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return or refund has been approved. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent version.
